Lauren is passionate about supporting adolescents and adults as they increase their skillset and self-confidence to conquer life's challenges. She works alongside clients without judgment to establish realistic goals, recognize barriers, and help clients make changes that last.

Lauren utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to support clients as they change negative thinking patterns, develop adaptive coping skills, and engage in life and relationships in a healthy, meaningful way.

Lauren graduated from Penn State University in 2014 with a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health and Rehabilitation Counseling. She has certifications in CBT through the Beck Institute, Brainspotting (Phase I), Rehabilitation Counseling.
