The Healing is in the Relationships
Many clients feel as though they are the only ones facing their particular struggles. While hearing “you’re not alone” can be reassuring, it’s entirely different to truly experience that sense of connection with others who understand. Contact us to schedule a consultation.
Group Therapy:
Group therapy offers a powerful and unique opportunity to heal and grow through shared experience. No two groups are ever the same, yet each provides a space for meaningful vulnerability, deep self-awareness, relationship-building, and accountability. Group therapy may be a valuable fit if:
You feel you could benefit from additional support beyond individual therapy.
You wonder if you’re the only one facing your challenges or feel isolated in your experience.
You’re looking to expand and strengthen your support system.
You’re exhausted from trying to navigate it all alone.
You seek a dynamic, interactive space to deepen self-understanding through relationships with others.

The group sessions are designed to work on bringing your patterns to your awareness, practice healthy assertiveness, address peer and family conflicts, healing betrayals, fostering connection, addressing dynamics specifically related to men.
The group is capped at six participants. A two month commitment is required to allow for adequate time for exploration and group safety.
